St. Michael’s Church, Eglwys-fach has started offering visitors a new experience. As part of the ‘Explore Churches’ project of the National Churches Trust it will be possible to visit the church for a
‘walk, talk, and tea’. That is a walk in the area, a presentation on the history of the church and its links with R S Thomas, followed by afternoon tea. This will available every Wednesday and Saturday afternoon between April and September. The tour, including tea, lasts for about 2 hours. You will need to book a place beforehand by contacting Mrs Alison Swanson, one of the wardens on 01654 781322 or alisonswanson@hotmail.com. The cost will be £10 for adults, £5 for children 5-15 years. A family ticket (2 adults and 2 children) will be available for
£25.
